Brett grew up in Elma, Washington, and has proudly called the area home his entire life. He graduated from Elma High School in 2008, where he was actively involved in golf, baseball, wrestling, and FFA (Future Farmers of America). His commitment to the community has continued well beyond graduation, as he has coached numerous youth baseball teams, actively supports the Elma FFA Chapter, and serves as the Executive Director of a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting students within the Elma School District. He is also an active member of Malone Assembly of God, where he regularly volunteers his time.
Brett attended Grays Harbor College, earning his Associate of Arts degree in 2010, before continuing his education at Washington State University where he received both a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance in 2013.
With over 12 years of experience in the financial services industry, Brett began his career at a large national firm before transitioning to a local financial planning firm as an operations associate. He later joined Pillar Financial Group as an advisor, drawn to the firm’s independent, personal approach and the opportunity to grow alongside a collaborative team while serving clients with intention and care.
Brett married his wife, Kisa, in September of 2022, and they welcomed their first son, Gage, in March of 2024. Together they enjoy spending time on the golf course, fishing, and making memories with friends and family.
