Allison has been working part-time in the Spokane office of Pillar Financial Group since February 2017 alongside her husband, Chris, and colleague Keith Radmaker. Having listened to Chris and Keith discuss their work for more than 20 years, Allison was already very familiar with the role and its responsibilities, and she has truly enjoyed getting to know their clients. As Client Relationship Manager, Allison coordinates office workflow, manages follow-up after client meetings, and provides ongoing support and service for Chris, Keith, and their clients.
Allison earned her degree in Marketing from Eastern Washington University in Cheney. She began her career at Zak Designs, a children’s dinnerware company based in Airway Heights, Washington. After the birth of her daughter, Chloe, in 2004, Allison chose to step away from the workforce to focus on raising her family. Twins Gwen and Cole joined the family in 2006. As the children grew older, Allison decided to return to work and joined Pillar Financial Group in 2017.
Chris and Allison’s three adult children are all currently attending college. Chloe attends Eastern Washington University and will graduate in Spring 2027 with a degree in Teaching, and a focus on Health and Physical Education. Cole attends Washington State University and will graduate in Spring 2029 with a degree in Construction Management. Gwen also attends Washington State University and will graduate in Spring 2029 with a degree in Nursing.
Family is a central part of Allison’s life. Each summer, Chris and Allison spend time on their boat with family and friends enjoying music, laughter, and meaningful conversations. They are avid supporters of WSU Cougar football and basketball, as well as the Seattle Seahawks. As they transition into the empty-nester stage, they look forward to traveling more, spending additional time at the lake, and embarking on new adventures together. With both sides of their extended family living in the Spokane area, Allison and Chris are grateful for the strong support system that surrounds them.
